Hi TV'rs

I have greatly appreciated all the info you have given me on this site. It has taken alot of the fear out of this process.

And today I have some good news to share with you - I just sold my house after 2 years of trying! Yippeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TV here I come.

One question - is there a limit on the number of pets you can have in TV? Thank you and can't wait to start meeting you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think there's a two pet limit. If you have more when you move here, I think they can be "grandpetted" in.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

The Villages rules are a maximum of two pets. However, we were told that you can bring your pets if you have more than two, but as they pass away, they cannot be replaced, so that you end up with only two.

You will love it here.

The Villages is a very pet friendly place. Just be sure that you pick up after any dogs, no matter whether it is public or private property. Also be aware that most folks don't take kindly to dogs peeing or pooping in their yards, even if you pick it up, so it's better to walk them in a public place. No pets are allowed to roam free including cats.

I know the feeling in trying to sell for a long time as I been trying to sell for a year. Can't wait to move to paradise myself.

Veronica, Congrats on the sale of your home. I am so jealous. We have had our home on the market for over 20 months and try not to get too discouraged. Seems like everyone is in tv but us and we can't wait to get there.
