People just love to talk trash about The Villages. We have worked hard our entire lives and if we want to have a drink with friends, it's seen as a bunch of drunks. Ridiculous. I love seeing people enjoying life.

Those items make people on both sides hateful and mean. None of us can do anything about them, so why bother talking about them?

Drinking and sex, well there are two universal topics that people can talk about. Very few ever get hateful over it and the conversations are usually very fun.

When I was stationed in Texas in early 70’s Texas had dry counties. Maybe be good idea for Sumter, Lake, and Marion counties to go dry? that would eliminate golf cart only driver’s from driving for alcohol. O wait there home delivery.
