Default Dry Creek Park in Middleton

I am currently renting and my grand niece and nephew are visiting. Are we able to use the Dry Creek Park Playground in Middleton. I was looking for a nice playground nearby.

Great park! I am not positive about the rules, other than the pool is only available via gate pass to residents and their guests, but I can say that there is never anyone at the rest of the park to check id’s so go have fun on the playground!

You might want to try Wilkerson Park and Play Ground at Lake Sumter Landing on Old Camp Road. Apple Maps

The splash pad at Middleton Downtown is open.

Lunasea Alpaca Farm is a favorite with our grands.

LunaSea Alpaca Farm - alpaca farm located in Clermont, Florida owned by King and Lucy Lee Fowler.

The parks are like the squares. Free for all. No ID Nazis harassing people.

The parks in Middleton are reserved for use by Middleton Residents Only. This is posted on the signage at each of the parks. These parks are paid for by the assessments paid on their residential properties. Just as Villages residents get upset with "outsiders" using the amenities paid for by their Amenity Fee, Middleton residents are also entitled to the exclusive usage of the amenities they are funding, in this case the parks and pools located in the residential sections of Middleton.
As previously mentioned, there is a children's park located on the south side of Lae Sumter Landing that is open to the public.
