Expenses
Looking inTV have read and heard many figures, how are the taxes,dues,utilities,insurance etc. We're looking and very interested in TV. I need the info from the people who actually live ther. Thanks

I think that the sheet that The Villages gives out with their packet is pretty accurate. We have a Camellia that we purchased last May, and it is running pretty true to what the information offered by The Developer gave as a guideline.

Graciegirl is right, the Villages estimates are pretty good for a couple.
