There are three "family unit" designated neighborhoods in TV: Bison Valley in Sumter County and Oak Meadows and Spring Arbor in Lake County. It is my understanding (though I could be wrong) that these neighborhoods have access to all TV amenities.

I will defer to locals as to which are the best areas to relocate and what may be available.

That would be WRONG.....
Bison Valley has Golf Cart access that is it. Oak Meadows also has Golf Cart access I think,, Spring Arbor None I think... That would be it.
