My husband Bob and I (along with an older indoor cat) are planning to move to The Villages as soon as we can find a long-term unfurnished rental. I'm going to post that need on another thread. Once our out-of-state property sells, we plan to buy in TV. We're very excited andlook forward to meeting you sometime soon. Are there many people renting year round in TV?

Do the economics work out ok for both the renter and landlord?

Just wondering as I have a few years to go till retirement have thought about buying and then renting out the house a few years. Seems like a long term rental approach would be easier rather than dealing with many tenants etc.
