Default Golf Cart Insurance

Newbie question - Should I take out golf cart insurance (first and/or third party coverage)?

Yes, and make sure it is fukk coverage, use an automitve company golf carts are typically insured as motorcycle policies, cost about %100 to $200 depending on cpmpnay and bunce bundling. We use progressive, house, auros, and golf cart, cost about $100, Do NOT insure through the house insurance as coverage may ONLY be for stolen cart, not for an accident in the cart.
The other item will be up for a lot of discussion, but golf cart insurance is ONLY for golf carts, NOT low Speed vehicles, so if your cartt can go over 20 MPH you may find you have no coverage.

We have a separate policy for our golf cart from Progressive (through the villages insurance).

I was offered a lower price than Foremost but I refuse to use Progressive so I stayed with Foremost.

I could have saved $100 by switching and if it was someone other than Progressive I probably would have but I will pay the extra to avoid them.
