Default Haciendas At Mission Hills

Has anyone bought at the Haciendas at Mission Hills? We have. I would like to get in touch with others who have purchased. We bought on the view side. Looking forward to meeting new neighbors.

Hi neighbors to be. Not sure if I have this post thing down yet. I have bought on the water on Arcevilla and close on the 20th. Will not be there until January though. Will be up and down to Virginia for the better part of a year unfortunately! Am really excited and can't wait to sit out on the Lanai. Hope we can get together for a glass of wine.

Default Haciendas

Hi. We bought at 736 avecilla. First one on view side. Close tomorrow but we are in Seattle. My husband has to sell his CPA practice before we move. We are having some work done immediately after closing such as makinga Floridanroom out of the lanai and adding a brd cage and wood floors. We will ring ournirish and English setters with us. We love happy hour!
Which one did you buy, what is your address? Tell me about yourselves
My name is Jane. I am 54. I am an executive director of non profit organizations. My husband as I said is a CPA and is selling his practice of 30 plus years. He is 61 on Tuesday. We cannot wait to move
My cell is 4252996020. Our villa is the first one with the red roof!

This must be some kind of record of The Villages. We are also closing tomorrow and are from Washington. We live in Port Orchard. So a big welcome from us. We will be heading back to pack up and be here right after the first of the year. I know there are a few of us here from some previous post.

Again, welcome to the Sunshine

Default Floor Plans

Look under new homes for sale, find the ones at the Hacienda and you can look at the floor plans. Just check off new homes $350000 and over and og to the last pages. You will see the Haciendas come up!

Smile Hacienda neighbors

I bought 610 so I am kind of in the middle in a Wyndham - fell in love with the floor plan and the view. Bought sight unseen - can't believe I did that. Finishes are not what I want but thats cosmetic and over time can be changed. My cell is 804 241 9417 - I am from Virginia but originally from England. Bringing my two huge dogs - labrador/collie mixes - so laid back it isn't even funny. I am a manager of a group of multifamily and commercial underwriters and I originate and underwrite my own loans too. Been at my company 32 years - time to retire!! Look forward to meeting you - I will be down right now for a shortish visit - receiving furniture etc. part of the week of Martin Luther King - Have to go to Boca Raton for a conference the middle of that week. Waiting for my house here to sell - under contract but that probably won't occur until April. My co wants me to give one year notice! Not sure about that yet. Sounds like we can go to the doggy parks together. There is one up near the Polo fields - have been scoping out the vets, boarding places and doggy parks.

Hi all,

We're at 660 Avecilla, a Wyndam on the water side. We close on December 22nd and will be arriving between Christmas and New Years. We currently own in The Villages and will be making the move from our current home thereafter. We call Michigan home and normally spend 3-4 months a year in The Villages. We are avid golfers and also enjoy biking, pickleball, and happy hour with friends on our lanai. We are looking forward to moving into our new villa and meeting all our new neighbors.

Brian and Linda

I had the choice of two wyndhams but took the one with the white cabinets -you must have the cherry! In about a year TV will be my permanent home. Until then I will be back and forth. Look forward to meeting you both.

Default 563 Arruda Ter

Hi neighbors. We just came down (renting Dec 1-31) to check everything out and make sure this is where we wanted to retire - well ........ the 3rd day here bought at Mission Hills. Ended up with a 2 car garage Fairmont plan stretched 10' with exceptionally large rear and side yard. Close on the 20th. DONT FORGET THE FRI 1PM GRAND OPENING CEREMONY FOR OUR POOL - hope to meet everyone.

Default Cannot wait

So sad over the loss of my dad. The only thing that brings a smile is knowing we have a new home in The Haciendas and will hopefully be there this year. Cannot wait to sit out in our (soon to be) birdcage and just relax and watch the sunset with my husband, the dogs and all of you! Do you as our neighbors like it? We have contractors painting, laying wood floor, changing the lanai to a Florida room and building a birdcage with two dog doors for our Irish and English Setters!!! Cannot wait to get there, I keep telling my wonderful husband....got to get there soon. Enough of winter. Cannot wait to meet all of you. Jane

Check out our sign and let me know how you think it looks at 736 Avecilla, the first home on the view side. If you can take a picture and email me that would be awesome
jane032657@aol.com as we have not seen how the lighted sign looks. Do you as our neighbors like it? My condolences over the loss of your father.

Default thank you

I appreciate your note. Dad died last week while I held his hand. Saw him through hospice and final breath, literally. Miss his calling me three times a day, I brought them to Seattle from Florida so I could care for them. Mom went into hospital same night my dad died and had surgery the day of his funeral. After 67 years of marriage she could not attend her husbands funeral, so sad. Now she is laying in a bed after bowel obstuction surgery and only saying a few words. Has mis stage dementia but she was cognizant. I think this will be a long recovery for her. We thought we would bring her to Florida again when we move. I hope she makes it. I am so looking forward to neighborhood get togethers, golf, dinners, Happy Hour, etc. I am SO ready.
