Default Hello from Pittsburgh and MI

Hello, We have bought a house on Newburn Lane in Tamarind and will be arriving by Feb. 1. We have a condo in MI (up for sale) and an apartment in Pittsburgh (we're Pgh. natives). We have two sons, one in Grand Rapids and one in Australia, and two daughters-in-law. Oh, and a golden retriever, Crosby (named for Sidney Crosby of the Penguins). Plus a cockatiel with a huge attitude! If not for him, we would also have a cat or two.

My husband Ron is interested in model training, and I am interested in animals, exercise, and hopefully pickleball. I will also post over on the pet forum as I am very interested in the dog parks and meeting other pet lovers.

Can't wait to meet some of you! And happy New Year to you all.

Cyndy (and Ron)

We don't have a house in Pittsburgh. We rent an apartment on the North Shore down from PNC Park. That's the easy part. giving up the lease. Our condo in Michigan is what we want to sell, then re-rent the apartment in Pittsburgh. So JimPete, we would spend half the year in Pgh. and half in TV. If the condo doesn't sell, it will be half in TV and half in MI.

Where is your house in Pgh, Sunshine Mary?

Default Tamarind

We are around the corner from you in Tamarind Grove.

Welcome to TV and the excape of Snow and Cold and Rain. However all the free or cheap water we will miss!

I can't afford a Garter Hose or I mean a Garden Hose to reach from Ontario to Tamarind!

Not to be snip but your husband trains models? I bet that his love for model trains. I will have to look him up on the large German size ones that can run outdoors?

Now Angie and Pturner and SwinDawg might be thinking he trains Models and could be in line at your front door.

Yes I;m in a goofy New Year Mood

Welcome to TV

We summer at our condo in Harbor Springs about 3 hours N. of Muskegon.
While we don't live in TV we did move to Orlando in 2004 selling our home in Birmingham, MI.
Seems I may be the only person in FL that misses the fall and the winter snow! I usually fly up North for a few days duting the winter for my fix.

Cyndy and Ron,

Congratulations on your new home in Lower Paradise. Keep us posted on your progress in selling your home, as we're all rooting for it to sell quickly. And if you have any questions about TV... just ask. TOTVers are always glad to help.

All best wishes!
Pturner
