For what it is worth. No one reads instructions. I will bet it says to run the fuel out of the carbruator. You can buy gasoline stabilizer STABIL is most common brand. They sell two types one for gasoline with alchohol. If I recall it is blue. The other is red. The blue is slightl more expensive but it says to use less so cost is about the same. A proper carb cleaning you should buy the kit and replace stuff like gaskets. Float valve etc.

I'd be willing to trade a "working" pressure washer for that one. I have an electric pressure washer with 2000 psi. Its simple and easier to handle than a gas powered 3100 psi
