Smile We took the plunge
Saturday we signed the papers for a home in Amelia. We are now both excited and nervous. Now we need a buyer for this house. Keep your toes and figures crossed. Can't wait to be there permantly. We have meet so many wonderful people. You can't compare to anywhere else. Closing is scheduled for June 4th.

Welcome to you George and Mrs. George. You are not far from us in UPPER Hadley! Just a year ago we did the same thing, and I was so worried and frightened for a week or so, and it turned out to be the best choice of our lives. I have NEVER had so much joy as the last four months of our first continued occupancy. Unfortunatly we are now up north again where people are not as smiley and the dogs are not as cute, and wait staff don't really look at you.

I would invite you both over for a cuppa, but we are not THERE at the moment.

But, we too have decided to become year round residents. Now we have to start getting rid of things. sigh

You have certainly made a good choice. My wife and I left TV two years ago to come back to Ohio. What a mistake. We are currently waiting for our condo to sell and will be moving back to TV. It is the most wonderful place to live in the US. You have made a choice you will not regret. Just don't change your mind later and leave because you will regret it.

Congradulations George,

We also will be building in Amelia with in the next 2 to 3 weeks on Dipper Loop.
Will be moving down next week and renting in TV while contruction is going on.

Excited for you. There's been a lot of Hadley buzz. I think we Amelia"ites" need to coalesce and tell Hadley we are the fun place too. What do you think? I'm on Inner Circle. As my friends back in Ohio said when they heard my address - better than Outer Circle! You will have no regrets. Life is wonderful. Let us know when you land...

We are excited. Would be even more exceited if this house sells. Anyway we are on Devonshire Way. Will be there June 14-19. You wouldn't by chance be the folks we met last weekend that had the Ohio State Golf Cart?
