We bought on Bureau Path and fly in tomorrow for our design meeting. Our home will be rented for two years until we retire. As fast as new lots are selling, we did not want to postpone buying in TV.

The Village of Gilchrist has a lot of active residents. For example, a recent pot luck dinner attracted so many folks that the Bradenton Rec Center could not accommodate the crowd.

We are at 2936 Stepping Stone Path. We will be building an Aspen. Just got back to Massachusetts after our design appt. The house should be ready on 10/7. So excited! Thanks for the welcome!
