You are right! I guess perhaps I often feel younger than I am and therefore forget my age. We have all lost our grandparents.

Plus your grandmother reminds you of Village Girl?? Wow. Mine reminds me of let me think...A cross between Queen Elisabeth and Erma Bombeck. She was a wonderful gal and I still miss her.

I am not called Grandma. I can't possibly be old enough to be a grandma. However, We have two almost grown PERFECT grandchildren and we adore them. One is the age of YOUR DAUGHTER!

I know what you mean! Surely, I'm still in my 40's. I think, therefore I am!

I agree, VG's avatar looks like our collective, generic grandma. I think she should put up one from when she was 16 and we could call her other names. like cutie, sweetie, etc, et al.
