Hello all - we have just had an offer accepted on our wonderful Villages home and now time for the home inspection. Should I go with the Realtor's recommendation or any other Home inspection recommendations out there please and how much does this cost?

Definitely DO NOT use the inspector suggested by the agent. That is a conflict of interest. In my opinion, Frank D'Angelo, 352-250-7818, is one of the best in The Villages.

I just used a guy who uses thermal imaging. He was good. Outside villages. Former navy guy
