Default Home Insurance

I am currently shopping home insurance. Has anyone had experience with UPC Insurance?

Not me. I called the Villages Insurance and had them search for insurance. We are with Tower Hill.

Left villages insurance went from $875 to $3817, no coverage for wind. Insurance not what it used to be shopping online is your friend

Just be sure you don’t shop price only. Do you want or need
Catastrophic Sink Hole
Non Catastrophic Sink Hole
$500 or 10% Hurricane
Not all offer all the above and these can certainly affect the price.

Just got our insurance through AAA for our new home. Quick service as we were on a deadline.
