The homes in Palo Alto are the same price and style as every village. I think it was built around the turn of this century.

If you want to see what homes are listed for sale by The Villages, go thevillages.com and look at resale homes and it will give you the choice of a village.

P.S. I did just go and look and The Villages have 10 pre-owned homes listed in the Village of Palo Alto ranging in price from 169K to 349K.
