Smile Current lots available?

Is there a way to view what current lots are available on the Villages website? My husband and I are looking to reserve a lot and build on it in a year when our house sells in PA. Also, what is the present cost to reserve a lot? Thanks much for any help you can give

Go to The Villages - Florida's Friendliest Retirement Hometown - New Home Sales, Home Resales, Build Your Dream Home, Brownwood Paddock Square and click on neighborhoods.

If you click here:
The Villages Vmail - August 2012 - Build Your Dream Home

then go to the right side of the page, you will see the neighborhoods listed that currently have available lots of spec homes for sale. I purchased in May and my downpayment was 7500 for my lot.
This link below should help too! And welcome!! Hope you find what you are looking for! I am very excited as I am just going next week to finalize my plans. I wish for you the same excitement

My 3 month was at 7500. However it is a view lot that requires you build within 90 days, so hence the deposit price. That being said, there was no design team meeting available for 103 days, so we will start then with no penalty....

Default Unavailable homesites

We are interested in a site that is coded white (unavailable). Does anyone know if we have to wait until a spec house is built on it to then possibly buy it, or can we try to reserve the site now. Nothing has been built on the site at this time. Has anyone had any experience with the procedure? Thank you for any insights you might have.
