We have a contract to rent a house in the Villages for January thru April 2021. Our contract states that we are responsible for all damages that we may cause to the house. Our home owner's insurance will not service Florida; so I can't add short term renters insurance. So how do I get short-term renters insurance. We live in Ohio. I have 'googled' for about an hour with no success. I appreciate your help. Thanks,
