Dayton,

Are you sure they are under 19?

There are a number of special needs adult children living here with their parents. Perhaps these buses were picking up these adult children for school programs?

There is a section north side of 466 toward Fruitland Park where families live. Most are employees. They do not use the amenities.

There is a village just for families. I don't know where it is, but built for people who work here in TV.

I saw it somewhere. (I think)

Yes, there is an older section for families. It's off of 466, going east towards 441. And TV is building a new family area across from the Methodist church.

I am not disagreeing with what may be written in the convenents. But I know for a fact, that there are children here, and I have seen (with my own eyes) the bus picking up and dropping off. I cannot tell you what age, but they were not adults.

I wasn't doubting your veracity Dayton. I was just wondering if they were special needs children and perhaps exceptions were made.

My guess would be that this is like the 3+ pet issue -- if no one complains, it is not an issue. If a neighbor or other individual chooses to complain, then the TVer has a choice -- get rid of the extra pet or child under 19 or move.

Please let us know where you and any others see a school bus stopping. I love children but if this is true I feel we should know about it. It may not be in our area but if it is allowed in one place then it will be allowed in another.

The new Parkwood section (off CR101) seems to be designed for families, and is advertised several times a day on The Villages radio station. I believe that there will be an open house weekend at the end of June. If someone had a grandchild living with them, I would assume they and the child would be better off living there.

Actually there are 3 family areas, Spring Arbor, the new Bison Valley and Oak something. Parkwood is not in the villages and anyone can live there.
