Default I love my new villa!

Hi TOTV! I have been following this forum for a while! I purchased a Patio Villa about a month ago north of 466 in Rio Ponderosa and I absolutely Love It! I have been reading threads about how if you are younger the newer section is where you want to buy. I am 49 and hubby is 59. I have great neighbors, and a beautiful established neighborhood. The location is fantastic! I enjoy all areas in TV and I enjoy people of all ages.

Welcome! So glad to hear you are happy in your new home. We have many friends who have purchased in the areas north of 466 and they are glad they did. Established neighborhoods, beautiful mature landscaping, and great central locations, plus probably much cheaper than buying new. Sounds like you made a great decision!

Pammy, we are also looking to buy something between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing....love the older areas. Since we have a home in the Yucatan, having a neighborhood with a Spanish name is perfect!

We live in San Miguel de Allende Mexico. Are you selling your house in the Yucatan or keeping it and buying another place in the Villages. What made you decide on the Villages?
We are putting up our house for sale in two weeks but it takes a long time because everything is cash. Saint Joseph will be buried in our front yard tomorrow!
