Default House Rental

I am looking for a rental starting in April and would like the lease to be at least 6 months but no longer than a year. The home needs to be unfurnished, possibly a 2/2 or 3/2 in the southern part of TV. Yes, I have looked at the rentals section but thought it would be easier to get recommendations here. I don't need a realtor unless you have a rental. I can close on a house at the end of the year, if anyone has a rent to own situation.

Google "rentfromavillager". Plenty of homes on there and they are all vetted such that the real owner is the one that created the listing so you are not going to be scammed.

Yes I looked there but didn't see anything.

You are going to be very limited by wanting an unfurnished rental for 6 months. You would likely be much better off storing your things and renting a furnished unit.

We owned multiple unfinished long term rentals in TV. Rarely did we have less than 20 applicants all wanting rental 1-5 years. I agree store furniture for the duration and find a short term furnished. However if you are wanting high season included in your stay, start now, many lock in the rental a year in advance

I don't think I got a message. Can you send me an email at lynn_schrum@yahoo.com please if you have a rental.
