Does anybody know where I can find a list of rules in TV? Or is it different in each neighborhood? Any information, even if it isn't complete will help.

The Deed Compliance link will give you an overview. The Download Your Declaration of Restrictions will enable you to zero in on a specific neighborhood.

I believe these particular documents are relatively new and are the result of a concerted effort to clarify the restrictions and minor differences as they apply to the various sections of TV.

Currently they only cover the area north of 466, but hopefully will include all of the districts when completed.

What I like about the new format of these documents is that they are searchable. So if you’re thinking of putting a few ornaments on your lawn, you can just open the document for your CDD district and search for ‘ornaments’. You’ll not only know what rule applies to that district, but also the particular subdivision (Unit) you live in.

True, but these are pitiful poorly scanned images of the original documents and cannot be searched for a particular word or phrase. It was time that these documents were brought into the 21st century with searchable on-line PDF documents at the very least.
