I close in late July on a two bedroom/two bath home in TV (Chatham). Im looking to rent it for the next three years until I retire. I need to furnish house completely...does anyone have checklist of items I need to make the house move in ready?

Be sure to list it with Our Villages Rental. They list homes for rent in TV and the listing are free.

We got a checklist from Downhome Property Management. We went in there as interested clients so she gave us the list.
