Hi all, My husband and I will be renting a CYV in the Brownwood area for the month of April. I am looking for recommendations for a Hair Salon in The Villages for an appointment while I’m there. Would appreciate your suggestions.
Thank you, Smo |

Might want to give an idea of what service you are in need. Refresh, cut, style, color. From experience for many years, if one has Grey hair you are good to go to pretty much any salon.
But in the bubble prices are outrageous in TV. If you don’t have grey hair, color or highlights are difficult to find. Cals Barbershop is great if you need a basic things. I get cut and high/low light at salon up north, when we go for the summers or special events. I have tried 11 salons over 15 years in TV, and wouldn’t return to any. Since you are only here for a month for me I would skip the experience.

Try Salon JayLee. There are 3 branches here. I go to the Wedgewood store but there might be one closer to you. Clean and pretty salon with excellent stylists. I have used Alexa and Lexy.....both terrific.

Suly's Beauty Salon is not very far from Brownwood. I use him and like him. You don't say where you are from. If you're from a big city with a very upscale $$$ salon, you might not be happy with those in TV. If that's the case, I agree with the idea of having your hair done before you come down and again when you go back.
I've had good color and cuts with Suly. Another very good one is Samantha at Urban Hair Salon, which is on the street behind 466. She's the owner and excellent, uses Wella products.
