We are renting from December thru February and during that time plan to finalize our village home in Pennecamp on Lake Ridge Drive. Unfortunately we will probabaly have to return to NJ to sell our current home. Would be anxious to meet our future neighbors and friends. We both grew up in Brooklyn (him - Bensonhurst - New Utrecht High School her- Ridgewood- Bushwick High School) both worked for New York Life Insurance but retired EARLY. We lived in Staten Island, Manalapan NJ, Palm Beach Gardens Florida and then back to Manalapan NJ. Would love to hear from anyone that can give us any good information about the Villages or just someone who wants to say hello or get together with us during our short stay.

Hi Pete and Janice, My wife and I also live in Pennecamp but are still part-timers until we can sell the house up north. I was born in Bensonhurt, but grew up in Queens and Long Island. Also previously lived in Florida for about 10 years in Boca Raton, and now live in Maumee, Ohio. We will be down for about 2 weeks in October, and whenever we can after that. Enjoy your stay and hope to run into you guys when we all get settled in paradise.

Hi there Pet and Janice. Don't see your names listed in the Pennecamp Directory. Check it out here http://www.pennecamp.org/. My wife and I are flying down today to pick our house and colors and everything that goes along with it. Our little (and I do mean little) piece of dirt is on Eldridge Loop. We close on our house here in VA on Oct. 29, and will be renting for the months of Nov. and Dec.; unless something better comes along. Hope to run into you somewhere along the line.
