Hi everyone,

Not exactly a new member of TOTV, but will formally be a new homeowner in the Village of Dunedin on April 21st, God willing! Am I the first from Dunedin to post? Anyone else out there? After 5+ years of research, watching, and waiting, my husband and I are very excited to become part of The Villages community. Not sure when we will be moving down full-time yet, but hopefully within the next 6-12 months. Can't wait to meet many of you TOTVer's and join in some of your activities! Also, would love to hear from some of our new neighbors! Thanks to so many of you on TOTV for your insight, wisdom, honesty, and encouragement over the years. You really do help to make this transition so much easier!

Are we neighbors? We will be closing on a house on April 20th... god willing..as you say! In the Village of Dunedin.
We are brand new to the Villages. Went for one day last year. Went back in February for 5 days and the rest is history! We were looking at pre-owned and then our realtor took us to a new house. It was cheaper then the pre-owned!!! So we decided to buy now. We are from Ct. How about you?

Hi Neighbors!

We closed April 1st on a Patio Villa on Viola Ct in the Village of Dunedin. We're from NY and this was the first year we rented in The Villages, fell in love with it and bought here. We are so excited to be a part of such a great community. Can't wait to meet our neighbors when we get back down there.

Hi Jo Ann and Janet & Rich! Since these are first posts for both of you on TOTV - ! I encourage you to continue using this forum to learn all there is to know about The Villages. It has been a great help to us.

Congratulations on your new houses!! Hope you are all as excited as we are! We are right down the street from you, Janet & Rich. Hopefully we will all have a chance to meet someday soon!
