I am trying to put together a set of cost projections for a 3 bed 2 bath Amarillo ranch home. I would like to ask anyone that owns and occupies this model how much will the gas/electric, basic cable tv, and internet (no phone service) cost monthly when the house is occupied full time by two adults ?

Comcast bundle = $127.00
