Do a search for "new vs pre-owned homes".

Make a list of "must haves" and nice to have" with the nice to have, not being a deal breaker. Think about what is most important to you in terms of what you really enjoy to do. Some people prefer being close to pools, rec centers and golf.

It's all a matter of preference. Some people like to move into a brand new home and some prefer a pre-owned home, that has mature landscaping.

IMHO - Being around 466 leaves to closer to shopping, doctors and closer to the big box stores. After several months, you won't find yourself going to the squares as much.

Any area you chose will be a good one, as there is no bad village to live in.

Excellent and very wise advice. Welcome! Arrived here in 2012 and it's been fantastic.
