This is worth going toif new to The Villages.

New Resident Night - VHA

New Residents Night is BACK!!!! If you’re new to the area and have never attended a NRN, this is your opportunity to come out and see some of the amazing benefits of living in TV and being a VHA member. Membership in the VHA is NOT required to attend, but the ability to join will be available. Representatives from the constitutional officers will be in attendance to answer all your questions about voting, registering your vehicles, changing the address on your drivers license, etc. Meeting will take place at Colony Cottage Rec Center at 7pm on Tuesday April 13. Hope to see y’all there!!

I think it’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Acquaintances told us they have coupons, etc. and businesses represented.

In the past, VHA New Residents Night activities have consisted primarily of government agencies, utility firms and a few clubs providing helpful information to new residents living in the Villages. If a new resident, this is the place to go to be able to ask questions in person on how things operate in The Villages.

I have worked the name tag tables for the VHA for several years. The VHA organization is going through a major change.

We sat next to another couple. The wife ask if I played golf. She suggested I try playing with her husband. Our foursome was formed 13 years ago thanks to this meeting. Best relationships of my life. Thank you VHA.

The New Resident Expo put on by Properties of The Villages is the First of the Month. Very helpful general information about the community and Recreation, etc.

The VHA Newcomers is an excellent way to learn about how the Villages is run and your responsibilities. Lots of time to chat with many different government folks and District folks. Great information!
