I am moving to my new home in St James on June 1. I cannot wait. I am on Paisley Way close to the neighborhood center.

Does anyone know what plans there are for the main road (466A, I think) just south of St James? In particular, I was wondering if there are any retail centers planned for there. It is a bit of a hike to Lake Sumter from St James.

My husband and I have purchased a lot in St. James on Barksdale Road. We also grew up in New York (Albany area) and lived in Nashua NH from 1985 - 1988. Small world. Linda

Hello Kevin & Linda. I have seen several posting by former Nashua people. Maybe we should start a club. We could call ourselves the Defrosting Club. I am glad to be away from those winters.

Just broke ground last week on Yankee Clipper Run. We are closing the end of July!!!
We are also from from NY (living in VA now). Lived 45 years in NY and always disliked the cold, even as a child.
Can't wait to meet all of our new neighbors.
