Well, it's official!!!! A big beautiful sign was placed in the front yard yesterday! What a GREAT Birthday present to me!!!! After much prayer and lots of hard work, we finally put our house on the market....now begins the waiting!! With this market, we realize that it may take a while, but The Villages is where we want to be for the rest of our lives and we're hoping that everything works out. We've cleaned and staged our home the best we can...on the way to the store now to buy a St. Joseph statue (I know many people don't put much stock in this, but we've done it before w/great results, so...) Anyway, hoping to join y'all soon!!!!!

Our sign went up today in Cincy. We have a contract on our home in Hadley.... And we have accepted an offer for rent in TV for a while.

At least for a short span we aren't homeless in The Villages.

Thank you Larry and Linda...and everyone else who offered to rent to us. This is one friendly and caring place.

We had another showing yesterday afternoon.....house is staged, cleaned beyond belief and if I do say so, decorated beautifully!!! And ready for that special someone.....Went to lunch w/friends to keep our minds occupied. Feedback was great...just the husband came to see it and it was his favorite that he'd seen But......yeah there's always a big but....he needs for his wife to see it (of course) but she won't be in the area until the first week of Feb. which really isn't that far off....waiting, hoping....someone real smart told me that if you have someone schedule a showing this time of year they're serious lookers, so requesting prayers and good thoughts....fingers crossed and anything else you're limber enough to cross on our behalf!! Thanks!

BeeGee hange in there, we are finally in contract. put that St. Joseph statue in the ground, I'm Jewish and I did....to sell you home you need all the help you can get. I even had them come and do a ritual cleansing with herbs and such, to get rid of bad sprits and bring in my fung sway (no that is spelled wrong)...nothing is to much to do if you want to be at the Villages...I hope this one goes through for me the last person fell through in June. Keep you finger crossed for me and I will keep you in my prayers and am wishing you the best......

We wish you all the best. We have our home on the market since last November and nothing, nodda... St. Joseph is getting a workout, but we are getting a little upset to say the least.

I hear you are coming to Sanibel, BeeGee! WE had St. Joseph on the case in illinois and he did great work. We will be in Sanibel by March, but The Villages is wonderful for us. Wish you the same luck!
