Uh Oh! A-4, if you bought the brewery (in Mexico) you'd better be careful about answering the questions on the SF-86 for your next security clearance. When you answer yes to the question about foreign financial interests that's gonna open a whole can of worms that the investigator isn't gonna want to delve into. Ask me, I know how much I dreaded a "YES" answer to that questions....rofl.

Thanks for the vote of confidence but that's too much like work I think I'll stick with my little projects (sideboard, occasional tables, ect)!!!

We've got room for you guys if you wanna go a quick "getaway" to the sunny south!!!! The hubby and I can drink beer on the lanai and strawboss the house behind us while you girls do the mani/pedi/shopping thing!

You won't find a much better watch dog than the Gracie Girl. She is very diligent about checking things out, especially around the grill area...

If I wasn't having fun there would have to be something wrong with me wouldn't there? Oh wait...I've been accused of having something wrong with me...never mind!

Huge amount of snow in some parts of your beautiful home state. This storm is a behemoth and scary as heck. I echo your sentiments on hoping and praying for safety for all.

Hi WV,

Many thanks for the pictures, although to be honest my Mum and Dad are driving me crazy with all the Oohing and Aahing over every bit of news from TV.

I can't wait until we get there (although not looking forward to being in the box for the flight (hope i have a bone to chew)).

I will make sure that Mum and Dad double up on the chews and bones so there is enough for Gracie as well.

I have put the picture in so that Gracie will recognise me when we arrive.
See you soon
Millie

Rusty: Love the lanai! I think you did a great job picking out the colors! Really adds a festive touch! Can't wait to see it in person...less than 2 weeks until our little weekend visit!

Dear Millie -
Why won't they let you sit on Mum's lap for the trip?
Your new friend ,
Boots

Dear Millie! Now I understand WV's post. I too think you should go in the portable carrier and sit with your Mum and Dad on the plane! But when you get here, there will be lots of friends for you to play with. We'll have Gracie, Cooper, Boots, Rosie, Sweetie, Buddy and others I am sure. My picture is in my Mommy's avitar so you can see me too! Have a safe trip and we can't wait to meet you! Love, Rosie and Sweetie

I think several of us (me included ) are starting to buckle under the pressure.

Default Storm

For those wondering how our friends are doing in the storm, Jimbo has posted a bit on the non TV forum. He is OK, has a generator but his son's home is teetering at the waters edge! Hopefully it will be OK as the flood waters are up lapping waves in his yard. Have not heard from Rona and Bill yet. 2B is fine! Not sure if you all were reading up so just an FYI. I think Laura (Shalomaul) is also OK!

It's not us Dogs that are the problem it is the antisocial owners.

My Mum and Dad always make sure that i don't offend anyone and I am sure that there will be no problem around Gilchrist.

A4 & Hotrod, the flight from the UK is 9.5 hours and they won't let me in with the 'uman people and I have to be carried in the hold, so I will be in the cage for just over 12 hours and I expect I will be dying for a wee when we get there.

Should be Ok if i have a big bone and I have the box at home already to get used to it, I have been sleeping in the box for a couple of weeks now (with the door open) and it's quite cosy!

Mum and Dad have even put wheels on it so it moves when i get in and out so that i get used to it moving about a bit

Millie
