Sounds like everyone has been really busy this week. I hope & pray that the design team lets A-4 make the changes that they want.

It's been a busy Saturday around here also! First, we received a wonderful visit from Andy, Wendie and Millie Andrews this morning and we got to visit for quite a long time. It's really good to have them back.

A little later, I was in the garage working on a frame for a stained glass window. I heard a car on the street but didn't pay much attention to it until I heard a woman's voice saying "Excuse me, Sir. I'm looking for the mayor of Gilchrist." I turned around to see a lady and her daughter whom I had never seen or talked to before. Turns out that they currently live in Tampa and are considering moving to TV. As I was talking to them, Teryl and Terri Bishop motored up in their golf car. We all went into the house and had a nice long visit. As it turns out, the wonderful lady (Freddie) and her daughter (Shawn) are also thinking about opening a cathouse if they decide to move here (5 cats in residence). We all just about fell out of our chairs laughing. So, if you hear rumors about a cathouse opening in TV you can grin to yourself and say with a straight face "It's true!" Freddie found our thread and began reading it like a novel! So, now it's time for her to jump in with both feet and start posting!

What a place this is gonna be when we all get here and get settled!!!

Left = rear looking over golf
Ctr = rear looking to street with neighbor on right almost done (with a spa in ground)
rgt = street looking to golf

On the changes of the designs, it looks like the pillars were removed from the Gardinia along with a $100 reduction in the base price. Perhaps still available as an option but removed from the standard version.

Hi Everyone!!! I just wanted to let y'all know that Terri Bishop has planned a very informal and unofficial get together at 5:00pm on Wednesday, December 5th at the Evans Prairie Country Club on Buena Vista Blvd for anyone who's going to be in town. The CC has been really crowded since the opening so we're going to meet in the bar and put our name on a waiting list for a table(s). Anyone who wants to attend is entirely welcome to do so. If you want to attend it may not be a bad idea to let me know so we can have a rough idea of how many seats we'll be needing!

Is this the same party originally planned for 5:30 at Bonifay? I think so! Just making certain as I want to join in with 2 guests. I will likely be late as my closing is not scheduled til 3:30 and I will need to get the doggies comfortable and beds unloaded prior to joining you! But we'll be there ready to party!:

I'm not sure Hotrod? Terri just made the suggestion today when we were visiting. If they aren't the same can we combine do you think??? Seems to me to be a shame to have two separate parties.....

Same event..... Call it senility... All of this Florida air, sunshine and packing, moving, designing, has made my head explode....but it's all good!.. Now Evans Prarie at 5:00. HotRod....get there when you can. A cold one will be waiting for you.
