We got a recommendation from a friend in TV! Loved what they had done in their villa. We are going to use American Concrete & Staining. The golf cart and two car garage apoxied and the entrance and lanai stained. The apply takes 11 days to cure and we are planning the big part of the move around the 18th ... Timing is perfect!

Wow! 11 days to dry. How did you work it out to have everything done at the same time? Did they have access to the house in your absence?

Hi Kitty,
Just been a walk with Millie and YOUR LOT IS PEGGED OUT!!

It looks blooming big - only about two and a quarter inches between the back peg and your boundary - you must be having a very big pool.

It looks a fantastic footprint, i bet they will be digging out the footings tomorrow or Monday.

I will take a photo tomorrow and post it for you.

What a great Valentine gift, look forward to meeting you.

Are you up for next Wednesday to answer the Mayor's call?

We are a little concerned about the big red box in the midde of the drive.

Whilst it is good of Rona and Bill to think of any neighbours who may get caught a little short, while out walking the dog(s) for instance, it will be a devil of a job manouvering around on the drive with that box there, especially after a Corona or two.

Batman,

I found out today that your neighbors to the right either closed today or are doing it Monday. Still no names, but they should be in rather quickly.

The design today went great. Our designer Melissa Stanford was GREAT. What a Pro. This morning was orientation on the design process with our sales rep and then this afternoon was the start of the design. Melissa thought today would be mostly the structural and stretch issues, but we got through those in about 2 hours and ended up nailing down everything else except for flooring, cabinets, and counters. So lets see . . . we added the GC garage; put a bay window on the front bedroom; stretched the garage 2' forward; Stretched the GC garage 2' forward; stretched the entire bedroom side 2'; added a 4' window to the end wall of the MBR; stretched the MBR and Lanai 3' back; and added the study behind the GC garage. Melissa is on the drawing board in the morning and we will meet again late morning to continue the selections. It looks like she will get the access to the study worked out with some creative relocation of the AHU and water heater.

WE'RE POOPED !! More to follow tomorrow.
(P.S. . . we're in for Wednesday at Evans Prairie. We'll make it our post design celebration unless someone else has picked a better theme)
Such a doubting Thomas!!! First, I had to assure that everything would be alright and that you'd be a Gilly. Then I had to reassure you that the changes to the Zinnia would work out fine and they did. When, oh when, are you gonna learn to trust me???

Seriously, I'm thrilled for you three that everything has gone so smoothly. I wish you'd go ahead and break ground already!!
