Look forward to being there soon.

Thank you for checking out my place! I am thrilled that you like it. I'll be closing April 1. Can't wait to hand out with all of you. Heard that the house is locked now but lanai is still open.

Default EP get-together

Nice to see everyone last night at EP, though it sure was crowded!! They even served food at the bar tables outside. It was a good visit and we had a long awaited chat with Calc Teacher and Cooper's Dad! Just another proof positive hat we have a great neighborhood! it's really starting to come together as people get settled and feel like home! Way to go Gilly's

Your pool has to be maintained weekly, Kitty, which is why the lanai remains open! You will get 2 months of pool care as part of your package and may then make your decision as to how you want to handle future maintenance. You can do it yourself(not), hire an outside company or retain the services of T&D. Almost closing time for you

During our 48-hour touchdown, we checked out your pool! Yes, your lanai is unlocked because of pool maintenance...but it is spectacular! A beautiful design that I know you will enjoy for years to come.

Congrats on your upcoming closing!

Wow...almost had a major emergency here! I didn't get the corned beef, thinking I would pick it up this morning...wrong! Steve went to Publix and found out that there was none left. I called Sweetbay..same answer. Frantically calling around to find some...getting negative responses...then remembered...I did see some cows off of Rolling Acres. Problem solved!

Ok...just kidding. Walmart came through

Great St Patrick's Day party tonight. Great big thanks to all who organized it -- Carol, Wendy, Sue, Kayta, Rusty, Rich.... Hope I didn't leave anyone out. Fun to meet some new neighbors. Especially enjoyed those crazy Gilly River Dancers.

Dave and I close on April 3, will be down on the 18th for a bit to start shopping! We can't be there 100% of the time, but look forward to start meeting our neighbors! If you see lights on, please stop by our place on Dafoe and say HI!

What a fun way to meet some of our new neighbors. Thanks for all of the hard work to plan this gala event. Loved the dancers. So nice to chat with Ben, Roberta and Mike.

Rusty: these pictures warm my heart. I was so hoping those two would find each other...I've not had the pleasure of meeting A-4's mum but I have met yours. It just goes to show: it's never too late to make new friends. There's a reason A-4 became a Gilly!!
