A few questions about the Courtyard Villas:

-Are the occasional parking areas on the streets for a few vehicles for guest parking?
-Is the gate access to the courtyard next to the neighbors driveway?
-It seems it is the 2nd bedroom window that faces the street......are some of the Courtyard Villas designed to have another window (kitchen) facing the street?

Yes, there are guest parking areas in courtyard villa developments. Community Watch checks to make sure the guest parking isn't being used by regular residents to park a second vehicle.

Yes, the gate access to the courtyard is next to the neighbour's driveway.

Most CYVs do not have a kitchen window facing the street. They are coming up with new designs all the time. (See The Villages website).

In my CYV, the kitchen widow faces the side yard.

We looked at one villa that had a kitchen window facing the street. It was North of 466. Also had a two car garage.

I think most of the CYVs on corner lots have 2 gates, one by the neighbor's driveway and one on the other side of their villa. The lot setup is kind of odd, usually with the little plot of land next to your driveway being owned by the you, even though it looks as if it's your neighbor's.
