UF Vet School Gainesville. They did a great job rebuilding our cat's front leg (he had two orthopedic surgeons in a 5 hour surgery). Not cheap but great care. We had to wait for 4 months to get in.

Our Vet, Dr. Porter, gave us two options for veterinary specialty care, UF in Gainesville & Blue Pearl in Tampa. We went with first one who could see us, which was Blue Pearl. Ours was not an orthopedic issue though, I would research both
