Smile Moving to Sabal Chase this month

We will be closing on our new home in Sabal Chase later this month. Any suggestions on how to ease into Village life would be welcome!

to TOTV. I'm not sure you can ease into it, you have to just jump in and catch the undertow for a great ride!

The best advice I received was to pace yourself. When you get here you will want to do everything and you may exhaust yourself. Just unpack a few boxes a day. Go relax and then party. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING AT ONCE.

And welcome. You are going to love it.

Ease? Not sure that's possible. If you can, go slow; don't jump in and try to do everything you want at once but do try out the things you think you'll enjoy. I'd say have fun unpacking, but I know better. Mainly, relax, have fun and enjoy!

Default Excellent location

I rented in Sabal Chase last year -- loved the location -- so close to Lake Sumter Landing. Welcome to TOTV, and I hope you have many great times in your new home in TV.

Like most of us, initially you'll probably dive in and exhaust yourself. New friends, new activities, new horizons. And then, after a few months, it will occur to you that this isn't a vacation, it is "real life". And you'll start being more selective, and doing the things you love, rather than trying to do everything.

We will be on Feliciana Terrace. The movers should be there sometime between June 25-27. Are you close by?

Great advice ....thanks. I notice you're from Copley! We're from Fairlawn (near Montrose). Tom will be with me for the move, but then will be staying up north for another year before he retires (guess I'll be going back and forth). We're moving to Feliciana Terrace --- are you close by?

Congratulations! We also just closed on a villa in Sabal Chase. We'll be visiting next week to get things set up but it will be a while until official move. Nice to hear about other newbies to our neighborhood. Maybe we could compare notes regarding new services, etc.

Feel free to Private Message us if you'd like to stay in touch.

Best of Luck - Stu & Deb
