Default Our time has finally come

I've been holding back so not to use my maximun 10 posts on this forum. Now I can't contain myself. Bought an "At Ease" in Buttonwood yesterday and will close on it May 10th. Our home sold in Boynton Beach Fl and will close May 17th. We've been watching the new homes on the internet for almost a year and bought the one we wanted after viewing it in person this week. We stayed at the Holiday Inn near Spanish Springs, danced two nights and enjoyed everyone we met. Can't wait to meet our neighbors.

Hi Shimpy,

Wow, you must be on Cloud 10! Congratulations. Always nice to meet another Phyllis.

btw, when I read your post above, it said you had 40 posts, so you must have been very busy on TOTV today!

Congrats again and all best wishes

Congratulations!! We put our deposit down on the "At Ease" in Buttonwood and will probably start building the end of May. We must have something in common because we absolutely loved the "AT Ease" too! We won't be moving in full time until next May, so we're really jealous. Will be down in Oct. to finish decorating. Let us know how the move-in goes and your impressions of living in Buttonwood. We are building on Harding Path. Enjoy!!!

It is a model of home in the "cottage" category. If you go to The Villages home page, click "homes", then "new home gallery", you'll find it there.

It is also the name of Radiohead's most popular, but non-official, website. Serendipity.

We picked the "At Ease" model because of the eat in kitchen, duel sinks in the master bath, and 2 car garage. When you come down in Oct. please stop by and say hello. We are at 2488 Eldon Pl. which connects to Harding Path. We were initially afraid that Buttonwood was too far out, but timed it to Lake Sumter Landing by car as 8 minutes staying under the speed limits, so I can only guess a golf cart would be maybe 20 at the most.

Thanks Doug & Kris, we'll knock on the door. Don't have any old cars, but love to look at them. I'm into motorcycles, touring especially.

We got the open kitchen. It was just what we wanted and was supprised that it was loaded with blinds, ceiling fans, screened in patio, and stainless steel appliances, although Phyllis hates stainless steel, I love it. She'll get used to it.
