Default Outside Real Estate Companies

I am a experienced real estate broker currently working in Naples, FL. My husband and I are considering relocating to TV and hope you can give me some advice. I am looking for a company with an excellent reputation, a high percentage of listings and a good fit. Could you please advise me on which offices to start with?

I think the two groups have different listings so you will have to use both to see everything.

I am not altogether sure that the sales representatives for The Villages are realtors. i.e. have a real estate license. They do everything differently than what I am used to with a realtor/

I am sure they have real estate licenses (probably "sales associates"), but they are not "Realtors". In order to be a "Realtor" you have to belong to the National Association of Realtors. I think you will find in most cases Realtors are associated with the local Multiple Listing Board - sales representatives for TV are not.

Try Realty Executives and Tom Grizzaed. Both sell a lot of houses here.
