Hello everyone. We're Cherie and Dan moving from West Chester, Ohio to Santiago next week. Dan has an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) with a Medtronic monitor that needs to be connected to a phone line. Does anyone have one, and which phone service do you use? We know it won't work with Magic Jack and are wondering if it will work with Comcast or other provider? I've been checking this site regularly and have learned many things we will need to know as newbie frogs. Thanks so much, and I hope to meet some you at Crispers when you next meet, especially Gracie since we live near her former home.

Welcome to The Villages, I'm sure you and your husband will enjoy the lifestyle. My wife also has a Medtronic ICD and she sends her quarterly transmissions via our Comcast landline. Hope this helps!

Excellent - that's what we wanted to know. Leaving Ohio on the 24th. So excited, and also exhausted. Moving is hard!!!
