Very excited to be coming in July to visit for the 3rd time and will be looking at houses.

Question on location...Aside from Edgewater Villas, Creekside Landing and Lakeshore Cottages what other areas are considered to be walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing.

Are Virginia Trace and Caroline within walking distance?

Depends where in Caroline. Elizabeth Villas is definitely within walking distance. Much of Virginia Trace is a reasonable walk. And, of course, what you consider within walking distance -- up to a mile, two miles, one block. I've seen people walking five miles to Publix and back. So, it is really subjective.

That was my thought too. I love to walk -- not so much if I am carrying packages!
