Default I wish I didn't have to ask for help.

I am finally moving into The Villages. Closing is September 22. I won't have one piece of furniture or a car for probably a week since I'm moving from across the US. Also, I won't have a refrigerator. I'll have a golf cart, however, so I can eat out. I'd appreciate borrowing a blow-up mattress from somebody, and that's all. A blow-up mattress and a coffee pot, and that's all. A plastic chair would be nice, too.

Send me a Private Message and we'll make arrangements for you to borrow my queen sized blow up mattress. I've got a couple of pillows and bedding to use with it. Sorry, don't have a chair or coffee pot, but you can use the mattress.

I must say I'm touched by the generous and caring spirit I see coming from the TV community when help is needed.

If you find you need anything else, shout out. I more or less have two full kitchens of appliances, a lot of extra bedding, chairs, lamps, etc. That's what makes TV so wonderful -- the true generosity of spirit that lives here.

Smile generosity

Just read the note requesting some household items by new resident. I am very impressed by the generosity of Villagers to a stranger. I think we're gonna like it here!!
