We will be moving to TV in May and since I'm an avid quilter, I'd like to know of any quilt shops nearby and which are the best.

I know of one just a few miles north of The Villages. I'm not a quilter but I take my sister there when she visits. It is very nice.

There is a Jo-ann's store in the area, also. It's located in
The Village Crossroads Shopping area, 540 N. Hwy 441, Lady Lake. It's pretty close, right off of Rolling Acres Road.

There are LOTS of quilt shops near TV. Join a Quilting Chapter when you get down here and you'll be a member of the 500+ member Quilting Guild of The Villages. You'll find out about ALL the quilt shops in the area, make tons of new quilting friends, and go on day trips to unique quilt shops and shows all over the state. The newest chapter is at SeaBreeze Rec Center and also a new one at Allamanda Rec Center. The last I heard, they were both accepting new members.
