Default reclaimed water

I read somewhere that the villages uses reclaimed water for irrigation. Do you pay for this water? If so since it is reclaimed is it on a separate meter? Do you pay less for it? Just curious. Or is the reclaimed water just for the common areas maybe? Thanks. ???

livsea2....

South of 466 (which includes all new building) uses reclaimed water for irrigation and it is on a separate meter. Yes, you do pay for it, at lower rates than potable water but still not cheap. Water is Florida's gold...a precious commodity.

FYI -- irrigation water is in pinkish pipes and occasionally has an odor -- Don't drink it and if you get it on you, wash it off -- hose connections normally are potable water, but some people add a hose connection to the sprinkler system for lawn use and caution is needed --
