Moved in on 4/7/14. So far so good, great location! The neighborhoods are still a little sparse, lots of sold but empty houses and snowbirds.

Default New Moon

We moved in on New Moon the middle of May. There are still lots of empty houses, but we have neighbors on both sides and folks moved in behind us two weeks ago. The houses on either side of them are still empty, though. Do you have the neighborhood info? I have it and can send it to you if you need it.

Ventura Vills, Vail Court. With 2 Golden Retrievers a courtyard villa was the logical choice, after being here 3 months now I couldn't imagine not having the added privacy afforded by the courtyard villa. I still can't believe what a great location Hillsborough is, we are close to soo much here and yet just far enough away not to have to deal with the crowds like at Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Now if we could just get rid of the construction traffic...

We are David and Bobbi moved in June 7, 2014 on Alzarine Terrace.
You will know David when you see him walk our Bischon Sophie.
Stop him to say HI!
Working on getting some social activities started with a few neighbors on our street. Since we are all so busy getting settled in it will take a while.
More sold signs on the windows since we arrived.

Hi, From Bob & Diane from Ohio. We bought the Gardenia house next door to you on Alzarine Ter. My sister who is checking on our house said she already met you. We plan to come the last week of August to buy some furniture. So looking forward to meeting you both and Sophie too!

Default Hillsborough

Just wondering if someone has gotten some social activities going. We will be there in October for 6 weeks, then January through May. We would like to be included on any email lists. Thanks so much.

A friend of mine and his wife move into the Hillsborough village. He is the only occupant on his street, although houses are built.

Like anything else around TV, it's only a short time, when it's built, and occupied.

Patience is the key.

Default Stop by and say hello

I am helping to get social activities started in our area. Alzarine and our backyard neighbors on Cosmos so far.

Will tape info to your door today have your sister pick it up for you.

Stop by and see us when you get here to shop for furniture.
