Our Sales rep was Michael Simpson. He hung in there with us for 1 1/2 years, while we were trying to sell our home in New York Michael kept in touch (without smothering us). We used Jim Mclaughlin for our TV Rep. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus he was very patient with us. We started looking about 3 years ago. Then we got caught up in this financial mess, and couldn't sell our home up north. So we changed strategies and started looking for a small place down here. Jim never flinched, knowing his commission would be less. He kept looking until he found the right house for us. We are very pleased with him, and would use him again for our next purchase. We just bought a pre-owned home and used Angie Stokes. She was our original rep when we were looking at new homes. We called her when we wanted to see pre-owned and she was more than helpful and ended up selling us our home.

Judging from the posts, all f the sales associates meet your criteria. We have friends in training now to be sales associates --it's an 8 week course--pretty intensive --and it's for people who are already realtors so it's all about acquainting them with the way The Villages works.

We were in TV Feb 2010 spent about 16 hours with her packed into 3 days. Answered all our questions about the designer of our choice and sat with us a couple of hours so I could determine the cost of about 12 different options we were interested in. She also tooks us to a couple of resales just to see how the house sits on a lot and if we were interested.

Lastly she gave us a true floor plan of the house so I can make up little furniture to see how it would fit. A very classy lady who has a few horses that she takes care of.
