Default Golf Cart Insurance hike

Just got an insurance bill and our golf cart insurance rates went up 42%. I’m not surprised. Anybody else have a similar hike in rate?

Actually mine, with progressive, went down year to year. $89.

Sounds low. Make sure you do have adequate liability limits especially if you drive on that bad road, Morse, north of 466

I wonder, but do not believe, if they have records regarding accidents in your area.

I believe that Insurance companies do not micro analyze where a person lives to determime coverage. Wonder if they pay out more for drivers who live north of 466 on Morse and are trying to raise rates for drivers in that area. Just a thought.

Cart drivers from all over TV drive on Morse. Doesn’t make sense to raise premiums for those in that area.

FYI for the landlords out there. Foremost quietly excluded tenants. Just in case you rent your place. Progressive covers them.

Check the coverage to see if they added things you don't need/want.

We have progressive house insurance, like going through hell dealing with a claim. Tell you one thing and won’t put it in writing then claim never said that. Will be changing asap. Where’s Flo when you need her?
