Default High-Energy Pickleball

If you're hoping to catch some high-energy pickleball, you could do worse than watch Mr Blake play.

As he tells The Villages Daily Repeater (C9), "I burn 15,000 calories in three and a half hours".

Be warned, however, that, since the average daily calorific intake is 3,600 calories, play may be interrupted for meal breaks.

Considering a Pro cyclist burn 6-8000 cals. a day in the Tour de France, I think your pickle ball players statement is a bit OTT.

And that could include 100+ miles of various elevation changes. Those riders are amazing!
