We are getting that much closer to moving to TV. We put our home up for sale last Wednesday and by Sunday after the open house we had two offers over the asking price. We used the realtor suggested to us by TV relocation team and our realtor was wonderful. She brought in a stager who gave us wonderful ideas. She also used a professional photographer and the online photos looked great. We can't believe our home sold so quickly. Saturday is the home inspection and then we hope the bank appraisal will follow soon.

We know that we will have to rent for a month because our home won't be finished. Has anyone stored their belongings close to TV in a climate control storage? The mover naturally wants to store everything up here in his warehouse but we would rather have our things closeby in case we need to get something if we are living in TV. Any input would be appreciated.

We can't wait to move. We bought in St James on Ashville. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
